- Organize all project documentation;

Description of activities carried out:
- Kick-off meeting in Florence;
- Meeting in Genoa with the Project Leader;
- The budget with the University accountant has been prepared;
- Teachers have been recruited
- November 2019: organizing partners' meeting in Wroclaw

Results Achieved:
- The financial report has been elaborated;
- Schools involved and teachers enrolled;
- Questionnaires for teachers have been translated into Polish;
- The project has been disseminated in various national and international meetings;
- Meeting at the University of Genoa concerning the creation of questionnaires B1 and B2
- Financial report preparation

- The dissemination is carried on
- Online meetings with the partners to monitor the situation, to improve the guidelines and concerning the intervention and monitoring tools
