Activity concerned:
IO1 - Toolkit for tackling Learning Disabilities in Math
Objectives of activities carried out:
- Creating questionnaires A1 and A2;
- Informing the school community and teachers about the project;
- Diagnosing the knowledge of maths learning difficulties and disabilities among teachers
- Diagnosing the students with LDM
Description of activities carried out:
- Questionnaires A1 and A2 have been analysed and reviewed by the teachers
- Most common problems of learning Maths have been discussed
- Mathematics teachers filled in the questionnaires
- The results were sent to the coordinating institution
- Mathematics teachers have created tasks for questionnaires B1 and B2
- Mathematics teachers have analysed thetasks in the questionnaire B2
- Parents and students have been informed about the questionnaires and planned testing
- questionnaires B1 and B2 have been carried out
- intervention and monitoring tools have been created and are being reviewed
- 6 intervention tools and monitoring tools have been prepared
- the intervention tools and monitoring tools have been translated into Polish
Results Achieved:
- Questionnaires A1 and A2 have been translated into Polish
- The level of familiarity with the problem has been diagnosed
- Tasks for questionnaires B1 and B2 have been created
- Questionnaires B1 and B2 have been translated into Polish
- 30 students wee diagnosed with LDM, according the the questionnaire B2
