BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ORGANISATION

The Ponta Grossa Campus of UTFPR, former Unit of the Federal Center for Technological Education - CEFET (PR), started its activities in March 1993. Currently it offers three Technology courses, six Bachelor's courses (five Engineering courses) and one Degree course, in addition to the Specialization, Master and Doctorate courses. To meet the demand for teaching, research and extension, the campus also has new facilities, equipment and approximately 100 laboratories.

HOW THE ORGANISATION WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE DISSEMINATION AND EXPLOITATION OF THE PROJECT RESULTS

UTFPR maintains a permanent and close collaboration with the research teams of the area of Education of many other institutions (including the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB)). It mantains regular connections with secondary schools through a broad range of activities to promote science and technology. Therefore, it will be the ideal partner to promote the project and its results among researchers, teachers and their contacts
